Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all glass bottles and serums are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
